When one of my favorite astrology clients shared her accountant had created a clunky, confusing and outdated report, I offered to step in and do a make-over. I shared that if she liked it, she could pay me for it. If not: no worries.

For the images, I took photos from her social media accounts and created graphics using Midjourney.

For the sections I didn’t understand, I asked ChatGPT to help me make sense of the financial sections and then rewrote them so they were user friendly and intuitive.

She was so happy with the final project, she paid me $2000 and texted me “You saved my life.” Her husband followed up with a phone call to share that he too was appreciative to have his happy wife back!

Good design and understanding of our user’s vibe goes so far. The final project was well received, understood and beautiful!
